Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Develop AI-powered solutions for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems
- Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization of AI systems
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning and reinforcement learning
- Maintain and improve existing ML infrastructure while ensuring data security and compliance
- Document technical specifications and create knowledge-sharing materials for team development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning development with proven production deployments
- Expertise in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and optimization algorithms
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Published research or open-source contributions in AI/ML fields
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for ethical AI development
