- Develop and execute 2026-forward AI innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives

- Identify and secure strategic partnerships in quantum computing and biotech-AI convergence
- Translate complex AI capabilities into market-ready solutions
- Drive adoption of responsible AI practices across all product lines
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, innovation management, or tech product development
- Deep expertise in emerging AI domains (LLMs, reinforcement learning, AI ethics)
- Proven track record launching AI products with measurable business impact
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Experience working with quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Published research or patents in AI innovation preferred
