Responsibilities

- Partner with Stanford/MIT on next-gen human-AI symbiosis research
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems deployment

- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging technology incubators
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI integration
- Track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ user deployments
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Portfolio of 3+ patented AI innovations (USPTO verified)
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon grants
- Fluency in Python/PyTorch with low-latency optimization skills
- Deep understanding of AGI safety frameworks (MIRI/FLI standards)
