Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused AI roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and human augmentation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, UX designers, and domain experts in developing prototype solutions
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with government initiatives and private accelerators
- Drive adoption of next-gen AI ethics frameworks ensuring responsible innovation deployment
- Present breakthrough findings at global forums including World Economic Forum and IEEE 2026 Summits
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven experience in scaling research to production
- Deep expertise in federated learning, quantum-adjacent algorithms, or neuromorphic computing
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature AI, Science Robotics) or equivalent industry impact
- Successful track record securing grants from DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation bodies
- PhD in Computer Science/Cognitive Neuroscience or equivalent practical innovation portfolio
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized AI products with >1M users
