Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-driven predictive models for market trends and technological disruption through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create sustainable innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDG targets
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neuro interfaces) into product roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board members with data-backed scenario planning
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and societal impact of 2026+ technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing AI-powered strategic forecasting models
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Published research on AI ethics or sustainable technology adoption
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology roadmaps successfully implemented
