Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing AI roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum-AI hybrids
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech paradigms (neuromorphic computing, swarm AI)
- Partner with policy councils to shape global AI regulatory standards
- Architect human-AI collaboration systems for enterprise transformation
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Lead annual 'Future Forward' symposia with industry leaders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Systems, or Futurism with 8+ years applied AI experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature AI, Science Robotics) or equivalent industry impact
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to >10M user deployments
- Experience with UN Technology Ethics panels or similar global governance bodies
- Proficiency in predictive modeling frameworks (Bayesian networks, Monte Carlo simulations)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
