Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI applications in healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Partner with policy councils to establish ethical AI governance frameworks
- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and embodied AI
- Translate complex technical concepts into investor-ready whitepapers and pitches
- Mentor next-gen AI engineers through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough research)
- 5+ years in AI strategy with demonstrated impact on commercialized products
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) or equivalent industry patents
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and post-classical machine learning
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in research funding or venture capital
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals alignment for tech deployment
