- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AGI) and translate into actionable strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Partner with C-suite to align AI initiatives with business objectives and ESG goals
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technology impacts
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal and economic transformation
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen AI applications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML strategy, product management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, governance frameworks, and responsible innovation
- Strong background in exponential technologies (quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in AI, futurism, or tech policy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
