Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with specialization in predictive modeling or equivalent 10+ years experience
- Proven track record developing AI roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or futurism
- Experience presenting to G20 technology summits or equivalent forums
- Certified in AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia)
