Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years of strategic leadership
- Proven track record in developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing applications, generative AI architectures, and predictive analytics

- Experience presenting to global regulatory bodies (UN, OECD, WEF) or congressional committees
