Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and operationalize AI-driven strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation pipelines
- Champion cross-functional initiatives integrating generative AI, predictive analytics, and human-centered design
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Establish ethical guardrails for AI implementation while accelerating responsible adoption
- Build and mentor a team of innovation specialists and future-focused researchers
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Innovation, AI/ML, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or AI leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging technologies into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting methodologies, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical implications (GPT, LLMs, generative AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work, patented innovations, or industry-shaping initiatives
- Experience in scaling innovation teams and managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
