Responsibilities
- Architect and execute AI innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI and quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate technical capabilities into strategic business transformation frameworks
- Present futuristic insights to C-level executives and board stakeholders
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Published research in generative AI, quantum computing, or neuro-symbolic systems
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
