Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying emerging AI/quantum/IoT trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Architect roadmaps integrating neuromorphic computing and generative AI into enterprise ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to align organizational strategy with technological convergence points
- Author white papers on decentralized identity and spatial computing paradigms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing digital infrastructure
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI R&D with published work on ethical AI or human-computer interaction
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and blockchain convergence
- Proven track record developing strategic technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 24027 AI ethics standards
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth) or quantum programming languages
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech thought leadership (patents, TED talks, etc.)
