Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or ethical AI (NeurIPS/ICML preferred)
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 executives and government bodies
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (IEEE/ISO)
- Portfolio demonstrating AI systems deployed at scale (>1M users)
