You'll work in our state-of-the-art Austin campus, collaborating with Nobel laureates, industry disruptors, and government partners to build the infrastructure for 2026's digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026's emerging industries (quantum computing, bio-AI, neural interfaces)
- Lead research initiatives in ethical AI governance and human-AI symbiosis frameworks
- Direct development of predictive models for climate, healthcare, and economic systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and international policy boards
- Establish industry-wide standards for AI safety and transparency protocols
- Mentor next-generation AI engineers through our 2026 Talent Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years AI research
- Proven track record publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI with 50+ citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI
- Experience leading global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of AI systems at billion-user scale
