Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon, identifying disruptive opportunities in generative AI and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints prototyping next-gen AI applications for healthcare, climate modeling, and personalized education
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate AI strategy into corporate transformation initiatives
- Present future technology forecasts at global innovation summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or related field with 5+ years applied AI research experience
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch proficiency required)
