Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing or equivalent with 10+ years of futurist experience

- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA 2.0)
- Deep knowledge of quantum annealing and topological qubit architectures
