Responsibilities
- Architect AI-driven innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing and neural network integration frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AGI, bio-AI, quantum neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Drive R&D initiatives in generative AI and predictive analytics for strategic foresight
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and venture partners securing $50M+ in funding
- Mentor talent in future-tech methodologies through our Quantum Leap Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing AI/quantum innovations (3+ products deployed)
- Expertise in predictive modeling and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Nature Quantum)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for future-tech initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-vision projects with measurable impact
