Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business vision
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and domain experts
- Identify and integrate emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI frameworks)
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present AI strategy and progress to board members and investors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and technology acquisition decisions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in developing and scaling enterprise AI strategies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and autonomous systems
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or conference proceedings
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, ethics, and business domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
