Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI and Future Tech strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision and long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Interfaces) and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Engineering, and Product teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance and responsible innovation.
- Lead high-level stakeholder presentations to secure buy-in for new technological initiatives and budget allocations.
- Build and mentor a team of technology strategists and futurists.
- Monitor competitive landscape and patent landscapes to maintain a first-mover advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations or launching disruptive tech products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
