Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.

- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of complex machine learning models with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-impact solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
