Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to audit AI systems for bias, transparency, and societal impact
- Develop industry-first ethical AI governance protocols and training programs
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international forums and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle development
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in generative AI and quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, explainable AI (XAI), and fairness metrics
- Experience advising C-suite executives on ethical technology adoption
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences on AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Familiarity with 2026 EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
