Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems by 2026
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI bias mitigation strategies
- Design policy recommendations for quantum-AI integration challenges
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical dilemmas in neurotech interfaces
- Establish industry-wide certification protocols for ethical AI deployment
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or technology policy
- Expertise in bias mitigation frameworks (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Published work on autonomous system ethics or future-of-work impacts
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
- Strong understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
