Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes and societal expectations
- Lead cross-functional working groups to audit AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Shape corporate policy on AI governance and responsible innovation practices
- Represent Nexus in global forums on AI ethics, including UN summits and industry coalitions
- Design ethics-by-default protocols for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Train 500+ engineers on ethical AI development through our internal academy
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in AI development cycles
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Prior experience with generative AI safety protocols and alignment research
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite and government entities
- Published research in top-tier ethics/tech journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in technical AI concepts and their societal implications
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., Stanford, MIT)
