Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI practices and bias mitigation
- Advocate for transparency in algorithmic decision-making processes
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI and update organizational policies proactively
- Represent the company in industry forums shaping AI ethics standards
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning principles and AI system architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in AI systems
- Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
