Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI development with engineering teams
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and industry standards for strategic alignment
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse communities affected by AI deployments
- Author thought leadership publications on responsible AI innovation
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Expertise in frameworks like IEEE Ethically Aligned Design or EU AI Act
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments and mitigation
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neural interface technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy (preferred)
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) or equivalent experience
