Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments across product lifecycle
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in policy discussions with regulatory bodies
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees including engineers, legal, and social scientists
- Design transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and biometric AI
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on ethical tech development
- Deep understanding of 2026-era AI capabilities and limitations
- Certification in AI Ethics or Technology Assessment preferred
