Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for high-impact AI deployments
- Advise product teams on ethical AI design and bias mitigation strategies
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, NGOs, and industry coalitions
- Create audit protocols for AI decision transparency and accountability
- Drive research on emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing integration
- Establish internal ethics training programs for technical teams
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Proven experience leading cross-functional ethics initiatives
- Strong background in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical ethics discussions
- Published research in AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Familiarity with quantum computing ethical implications
