Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed by 2026
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms to identify bias risks and mitigation strategies
- Develop predictive models for societal impact assessment of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape regulatory standards for next-gen AI applications
- Establish transparent reporting mechanisms for AI decision-making processes
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in ethical AI design principles
- Drive industry-wide initiatives for responsible AI certification
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000, EU AI Act compliance)
- Experience developing bias mitigation tools for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology ethics
