Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical boundaries for AI deployment in healthcare and finance
- Author transparent AI documentation and impact assessments for regulatory compliance
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed ethical design principles in product development
- Mentor engineering teams on responsible AI implementation techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics
- Expertise in frameworks like EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ACM Code of Ethics
- Proven track record designing ethics-by-design methodologies
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Experience working with healthcare or fintech AI systems preferred
