Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for quantum computing applications
- Conduct bias audits on machine learning models using advanced fairness metrics
- Develop governance protocols for autonomous system decision-making transparency
- Lunch cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Author position papers on AI-human coexistence for regulatory bodies
- Lead red-teaming exercises to identify ethical vulnerabilities in generative AI
- Monitor global AI legislation evolution and advise compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias/fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Published work on AI ethics or algorithmic accountability
- Experience with quantum computing ethical frameworks
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
