Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI technologies
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI deployment across healthcare, finance, and infrastructure sectors
- Lead stakeholder engagement workshops with regulators, civil society, and industry partners
- Establish governance protocols for algorithmic transparency and bias mitigation
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in international tech policy forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
- Author thought leadership on emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, tech policy, or ethics advisory roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level AI bills)
- Proven track record in designing ethical AI systems with measurable impact metrics
