- Lead cross-functional ethics committees for high-stakes AI projects
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing integration
- Shape industry-wide AI governance standards through thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI ethics focus
- 5+ years implementing AI governance frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals/conferences
- Proficiency with bias detection tools (AIF360, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI compliance
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IEEE P7000 series)
