Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Experience with AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills
- Publication record in AI ethics or relevant journals
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
