Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI principles with C-suite executives
- Partner with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical drift in production AI
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech initiatives
- Expertise in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or algorithmic accountability
- Certification in Responsible AI from MIT or Stanford
