Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle
- Conduct original research on emerging AI ethics challenges and publish findings
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through stakeholder education and policy influence
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI development, or algorithmic governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or machine learning conferences
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong technical proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
