Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026+
- Lead cross-functional task forces to audit algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Produce whitepapers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with academic institutions to pioneer AI ethics research methodologies
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making
- Represent Nexus at international AI ethics summits and standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Technical proficiency in ML model auditing tools and bias detection
- Experience leading global ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of societal impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
