Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing bias detection algorithms
- Author industry-defining white papers on AI transparency standards
- Collaborate with policymakers on next-generation AI regulation
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied ethics for machine learning
- Conduct adversarial testing of AI decision-making systems
- Present findings at global AI ethics summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with AI focus
- 5+ years developing ethical frameworks for large-scale ML systems
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Expertise in fairness metrics and algorithmic bias mitigation
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and upcoming US regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical specifications
