Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for 2026 technology deployments
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and conduct algorithmic bias audits
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI applications (e.g., generative AI, autonomous systems)
- Conduct risk assessments for AI deployments across healthcare, finance, and autonomous sectors
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics and contribute to industry standards development
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI implementation and impact mitigation strategies
- Monitor global AI regulatory trends and advise on policy advocacy initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Policy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level AI laws)
- Proven track record developing enterprise AI ethics programs and impact assessments
- Familiarity with generative AI risks, bias mitigation techniques, and explainable AI
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with cross-functional ethics governance in regulated industries
