Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 global regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning systems to identify bias, fairness gaps, and privacy risks
- Develop real-time monitoring dashboards for ethical AI performance metrics across 500+ deployed models
- Represent the organization at UN Tech Summits, OECD working groups, and international AI policy forums
- Create certification programs for AI developers ensuring adherence to human-centric design principles
- Author white papers on emerging AI ethics challenges influencing industry standards and legislation
- Mentor a team of ethics researchers while publishing in top-tier journals on AI governance
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or Computational Social Sciences with 5+ years applied experience
- Expertise in implementing NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ISO/IEC 42001 frameworks
- Proven track record influencing global AI policy through published research or regulatory contributions
- Technical proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable engineering requirements
- Experience leading ethics initiatives at companies with >1M AI system interactions daily
- Fluency in quantum computing's ethical implications and federated learning privacy architectures
