Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Author position papers on AI accountability and transparency standards
- Represent company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory hearings
- Mentor junior teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, algorithm auditing, or ethics compliance
- Published work on AI bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in LLM ethics and autonomous system safety protocols
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
- Exceptional stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
