Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI adoption with Fortune 500 partners
- Author policy whitepapers for federal AI regulatory committees
- Establish cross-functional ethics review boards for high-impact AI deployments
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act compliance
- Proven track record advising C-suite on responsible AI adoption
- Strong background in technical ethics audit methodologies
- Experience working with quantum/neuromorphic AI systems preferred
