Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and high-frequency transactions.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends in Neural Networks, Edge AI, and Quantum Computing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, ensuring responsible development and unbiased model outputs.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow) is essential.
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade models, including experience with Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, or Federated Learning.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on optimizing for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
