Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for error correction and optimization
- Lead research initiatives in quantum supremacy applications for machine learning
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for next-gen security
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical models with practical implementations
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum computing education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum algorithm development and simulation
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Proven ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical solutions
