Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and researchers to define and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize and scale existing algorithms for production environments, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and Natural Language Processing to integrate novel techniques into our stack.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical growth.
- Implement robust data pipelines and ensure data quality for training datasets.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
