You'll collaborate with quantum computing teams, neuro-symbolic AI researchers, and policy experts to create auditable, transparent, and bias-mitigated AI ecosystems.
What You'll Experience:
• Lead ethics audits for generative AI models deployed in healthcare and critical infrastructure
• Design governance frameworks for neural-symbolic hybrids
• Develop bias mitigation algorithms for federated learning environments
• Interface with regulatory bodies on AI accountability standards
• Mentor cross-functional teams in ethical AI implementation
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026-generation autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across quantum/neural-symbolic hybrid models
- Develop policy-compliant documentation for FDA/ISO-certified AI deployments
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with enterprise clients
- Create real-time monitoring dashboards for ethical compliance in dynamic environments
- Collaborate with neuro-symbolic AI researchers to embed ethical safeguards
- Pioneer industry standards for explainable AI in regulated sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in federated learning bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with ISO 38507 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Deep knowledge of neural-symbolic architectures and quantum computing ethics
- Published research on explainable AI or algorithmic transparency
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGP)
- Experience interfacing with regulatory bodies (FDA, EASA, etc.)
