Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulations
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models across all product lines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical AI standards and best practices
- Author transparency reports and explainability documentation for high-stakes AI systems
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and advise leadership on compliance strategies
- Establish incident response protocols for ethical AI violations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics
- Expertise in bias detection tools and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Published work or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
