Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align AI strategy with organizational values
- Design transparency mechanisms for algorithmic decision-making systems
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and update compliance protocols for evolving AI legislation
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation practices
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles at tech companies
- Expertise in implementing fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-wide AI governance programs
