Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits using quantum-entanglement detection algorithms
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Advise C-suite executives on regulatory compliance for AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards
- Research emerging ethical challenges in neuromorphic computing
- Author white papers on responsible AI adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience with bias mitigation in large language models
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US federal AI regulations
- Proficiency in ethical auditing tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360)
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or digital rights
