Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-level deployments
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Design explainable AI (XAI) protocols for high-stakes decision systems
- Collaborate with legal teams on AI regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Create governance roadmaps for responsible AI lifecycle management
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics and responsible deployment
- Author industry whitepapers on emerging AI governance challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in bias detection tools (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
